Total home air cleaning

The AirRanger electronically charges, or polarizes, particles as they pass through the unit. These charged particles are then captured by a high-efficiency media, much more effectively than with a standard filter alone. As more particles build up, the media actually becomes even better at trapping new ones.

How the Polarized Media Air Cleaner works

Features and benefits

Fast installation

No costly ductwork changes. Connects directly to the R and C terminals on most furnace control boards.

Highly efficient

Rated 97% efficient at 0.3 microns, and efficiency increases as the media fibres load up over time.

Removes odours

A patented carbon grid spreads the polarized charge evenly across the media, helping reduce particles that cause certain odours.

Economical operation

A low static pressure drop lets your blower run efficiently, and the unit itself uses less than 1 watt of power.

Easy to maintain

No washing required. The disposable fibre media pads take only minutes to change, generally every three to four months depending on pets and smoking in the home.

Safe, quiet, dependable

24 volts power a high-voltage supply that produces 7,000 volts DC. The system has extremely high internal resistance, making it very safe and virtually short-circuit-proof. It does not produce ionized particles that collect on clothes, walls, or furniture. It does not produce ozone.
